About
I’ve spent more than thirty years in the kitchen. I’ve had the honor of working in great kitchens and learning from great chefs, and I turned that into running my own restaurants and cooking as a personal chef for professional athletes. I won the show Chopped on Food Network. I ran Bernie’s Burger Bus for over a decade. These days I run restaurants, I’m a culinary director, and I split my time between Austin and Houston.
